A monthly, peer-led psychoeducational group for survivors of sexual trauma, guided by Strength, Safety, and Truth.
Starts: Tuesday, March 4th, 2026 at 6:00 PM (virtual)
Format: Monthly open group • 60–90 minutes

The Reclaiming Room is a survivor-centered space for people who want support, language, and practical tools for healing after sexual trauma. This is not a group that asks you to “tell your story” in detail. It’s a structured, psychoeducational space that helps you build safety in the body, strengthen boundaries, reduce shame, and reconnect with your voice and relationships over time.
The group is guided by three core values: Strength, Safety, and Truth. You choose your level of participation. You can listen quietly, share briefly, or engage more actively depending on what feels right for you.

We keep the space contained and respectful. No one is required to share details of trauma. The intention is support, skills, and steady rebuilding.

This group is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in acute crisis or currently unsafe, we’ll help you identify a more appropriate level of support first. If additional therapeutic support outside the monthly meetings is needed, that can be discussed directly with Nicole.
