Transform your body and mind

WHAT THIS GROUP IS

The Reclaiming Room is a survivor-centered space for people who want support, language, and practical tools for healing after sexual trauma. This is not a group that asks you to “tell your story” in detail. It’s a structured, psychoeducational space that helps you build safety in the body, strengthen boundaries, reduce shame, and reconnect with your voice and relationships over time.

The group is guided by three core values: Strength, Safety, and Truth. You choose your level of participation. You can listen quietly, share briefly, or engage more actively depending on what feels right for you.

WHO IT’S FOR

This group is for survivors who want:

  • a supportive space that centers safety and choice
  • language for consent, coercion, and boundaries
  • tools for grounding, regulation, and managing triggers
  • support rebuilding self-worth and identity
  • guidance for relationships, intimacy pacing, and aftercare

This is an open group

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each session includes:

  • a clear psychoeducation theme
  • guided grounding or regulation practice
  • reflection and optional sharing
  • practical tools you can take with you

We keep the space contained and respectful. No one is required to share details of trauma. The intention is support, skills, and steady rebuilding.
