EMDR is an evidence-based therapy guided by Adaptive Information Processing (AIP). This model helps with distressing experiences that remain “stuck” and continue to shape the present until they’re processed and integrated. This weekend is designed to support that work in a contained, wellness-oriented environment with clinical support and practical integration tools.
