Transform your body and mind

WHAT THIS IS

This intensive is for individuals who feel that a standard 50–60-minute session is too short for the kind of work they’re ready to do. Over three days, we create enough time and structure to move through preparation, processing, and integration without the stop–start rhythm that can slow progress.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy guided by Adaptive Information Processing (AIP). This model helps with distressing experiences that remain “stuck” and continue to shape the present until they’re processed and integrated. This weekend is designed to support that work in a contained, wellness-oriented environment with clinical support and practical integration tools.

WHO IT’S FOR

This intensive may be a good fit if you want focused work around:

  • performance enhancement and adaptive change (personal or professional)
  • trauma recovery and emotional healing
  • “stuck” patterns that keep repeating
  • anxiety, distress, or past experiences that still feel present
  • emotional reconciliation and integration

This is appropriate for people ready for deeper work and willing to engage in structured preparation and follow-through.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Participants receive:

  • multiple individual EMDR sessions across the weekend (tailored to readiness and capacity)
  • group-based psychoeducation and regulation skills
  • supported, group reflection focused on grounding and integration
  • mindfulness and wellness practices woven throughout the schedule
  • structured assignments to support follow-through after the weekend
  • lodging (2 nights) + meals included

“Collective processing” in this setting refers to skills-focused group support and structured reflection. This is not a trauma-dumping space.

TEAM & SUPPORT

You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team, including:

  • 4 EMDR-trained licensed clinicians
  • 1 licensed psychotherapist providing group facilitation and individual psychotherapy support
  • 1 yoga/mindfulness practitioner supporting regulation, grounding, and embodiment practices
  • 1 life coach supporting integration and implementation

SAFETY, SCREENING, AND FIT

A required screening session helps determine readiness and ensures the intensive is a good fit. Because this is concentrated work, we prioritize safety and an appropriate level of care.

This intensive is not appropriate for individuals experiencing:

  • acute suicidality
  • active psychosis or mania
  • current domestic violence
  • active substance dependence
  • or any condition requiring a higher level of care than this setting can provide

If the intensive is not the best fit, we will recommend appropriate alternatives and next steps.
