WHAT IT IS

 Mind & Body Weekly is a free Substack community chat where we share weekly tools for mind–body wellness. This is for people who want support building routines that actually stick: mindfulness you can do even when you’re busy, movement that supports your nervous system, and nutrition education that helps you feel clearer and more steady.

We built this because connection and consistency matter. You don’t need perfect discipline. You need a supportive place to return to each week.

WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK

 Every Sunday, you’ll get:

  • One practical wellness tip (mindfulness, movement, nutrition, or mental health)
  • One micro-practice you can do in minutes
  • One small action to carry through the week

Then, throughout the week, our team will check the thread, respond to questions, and offer encouragement to help you stay engaged.

WHO IT’S FOR

 This space is for anyone who wants:

  • more consistency with mindfulness or wellness habits
  • community support and encouragement
  • simple psychoeducation that connects the mind and body
  • realistic tools that work in real life

Open to the public. Free to join.
